The Technical Department is a functional department of Yantai Port Group, which is in charge of managerial work concerning comprehensive technology, equipments, facilities, real estate, goods and materials, etc. Its major responsibilities include:

•  mechanical and electrical equipments management;

•  implementation of technical innovation project, management of energy resources and loading and discharge technology;

•  real estate and sea area management;

•  project implementation, port facility renovation and maintenance;

•  goods and materials management.
